What is a source?
A source is a single product or location at one review site. If you have an Android and an iOS version of your app, those are two sources. Your Amazon ASIN is a single source and includes all Amazon marketplaces.
Am I limited to one Zap per source?
Nope! You can set up as many Zaps for the same source as you want. The only limitation on the number of Zaps is that of your Zapier plan.
Which source sites can you collect reviews from?
We currently collect reviews for apps in Apple's App Store and Google Play, for locations on Google Maps and Yelp, and for products on Amazon. If you're interested in reviews from other sources, just shoot us an email and we can probably add them!
Can you add support for review site XYZ?
Very likely! Just shoot us an email and we can probably sort it out quickly.
Can I track my competition?
Absolutely! We collect public reviews and do not require any API keys or other authorization for the review sites. So you can track reviews for your competitors' apps, products, and locations just like your own.
Can I export all my reviews?
Yes! If you're on the Business or Enterprise plan, you can download all the reviews you received during your Reviewzap subscription — plus, depending on the source, about ten to a few hundred older reviews — as JSON, CSV, or Excel file. This will soon be available through our web interface interface – for now, just shoot us an email!
